ה֗וּא בָּנָ֛ה אֶת־שַׁ֥עַר בֵּית־יְהוָ֖ה הָעֶלְי֑וֹן וּבְחוֹמַ֥ת הָעֹ֛פֶל בָּנָ֖ה לָרֹֽב׃
Ce fut lui qui bâtit la porte supérieure de la maison de l’Éternel, et il travailla beaucoup à l’édification du mur de l’Ophel.

and in the wall of the rampart - Heb. עֹפֶל, similar to (Isa. 32:14): “rampart and tower (עפֶל וָבַחַן) .” He built strongholds.
